BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.

(from our own correspondent.) Wellington, Thursday. Advices have reached the Government to the effect that Te Hen Heu, his uncle and some followers have, in accordance with an intimation sent in a few days ago, left Te Kooti and surrendered.
