NOTICE. It is probable that the change of system may for a few days involve some little inconvenience to our subscribers ; but, if so, we trust they will attribute it to the inevitable difficulty attending the organisation of an efficient staff of runners, and excuse it accordingly. All comp’aints of non-delivery or incivility must therefore, in future, be addressed to the Evening Star office, Princes street, and thev will bo promptly investigated and corrected.
