(FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Napier via Wellington, Monday. Te Kooti attacked Henare Tomoana at Taupanga, and report says with one hundred foot and eighty horse. Another hundred came up afterwards. Henare beat them all back, killiu three of the enemy with only tw men wounded. Te Kooti fell hack upon Tokana, and is said to have a pa there. The Patea and Wanganui Natives have not got up to Taupo. The mounted constabulary, about fifty strong, are supporting Henare. Te Kooti called out that he had killed two friendly scouts at Rotouira.
