' ■ FINAL EXAMINATION AND DISCHARGE. Andrew Baker. —Tins case was postponed indefinitely. r 1 Hugh Muir, for whom Mr M'Keay appeared, was opposed by Mr Stewart, and the final order was suspended for two months, John Nightingale. —Mr M'Keay appeared for the bankrupt. Final order granted. adjourned final examination and discharge G. Myers, for whom Mr M'Keay appeared, applied for and was granted an order of discharge. The Court then adjourned.
