BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. (FROM OF It OWN CORRESPONDENT.) [The following was published by us as an “Extra” to-day.] Wellingtox, Thursday. Mr Macandrew’s motion for borrowing L 50,000 for Otago for public works was carried on a division by 28 to IG, on condition that the money should be raised on the special security of pastoral rents. The Gladstone County Bill was rejected by 31 to 18.
