I HEREBY give notice, that at the Special General Meeting of Members of this Institution, to be held on Tuesday, 17th August next, it is my intention to move an alteration in Bye-law No. 13, by substituting the sum of LlO 10s for the sum of Lls 15s, therein mentioned, as the purchase money of a Life Membership.
