I HEREBY give notice, that at the Special General Meeting of Members of this Institution, to be held on Tuesday, 17th August next, it is my intention to move an alteration in Bye-law No. 13, by substituting the sum of LlO 10s for the sum of Lls 15s, therein mentioned, as the purchase money of a Life Membership. Also on Bye-law No. 15, in tire room of John Jones, Esq., deceased, to move the insertion of the names of John Bathgate and James Macandrew, Esqrs. By instruction of the Committee, A. H.
