[To the Editor of the Evening Star.) Sir —Can you give the members of the Athenaeum any information as to who is the successful competitor in the late competition of plans for new Building ? Secondly. When will the general body of members have an opportunity of seeing the whole of the plans that have been submitted to the Building Committee ? Thirdly. Did the members of the Building Committee intend to undertake the whole responsibility of selection, or do they not ?
