It will be seen by the advertisement in another column that in compliance with a request by q, deputation from the Poiitical Association to the Acting Chairman cf the City Council, a public meeting will be held at the Masonic Hall, Moray Place, at 5 o’clock on Monday, to consider tbe proposal to borrow a million for war jjurposes.
