Mix these together and add a tiny pinch of spice. Roll out about 6ozs Fether Flake PufT Pastry. Cut in rounds with a mason jar lid. Wet edges with water. Place dabs of sultana mixture in centre of each round. Gather up the edges and pinch together to cover filling completely. Dip each puff into water then into sugar. Place on a cold scone tray joined side underneath sugar side uppermost. Prick top of each puff with a fork about 6 times. Bake in a fairly quick oven about 20 minutes. Fether Flake is sold ready mixed Just roll and bake, It is made by Adams Bruce only and* sold in perfect condition straight from the refrigerator. Allow Fether Flake to stand a while before using.
