SITUATION IMPROVING Rec. 9 a.m. PARIS, December 7. The French Minister of Finance, M. Pleven, gave the finance commission of the Constituent Assembly a relatively encouraging picture of France's economic and financial situation, says Reuters Paris correspondent.
He made three points—revenue was increasing, the inflationary tendency was being arrested, and the national Budget deficit kept in check.
