NEW YORK, December 6 Tha president of the C.1.0.. Mr. Mur ray, announced alter a conference of management and labour leaders at Pittsburgh that negotiations with Genera] Motors would be resumed today. The Ford Local 600. which is the nation's largest local union, lias called on its .11.000 members in Detroit 1o establish a picket of motor-cars at General Motors' plants on Saturday. The demonstration is timed to coincide with a conference of 250 United Automobile Workers' delegates lo consider President Tn.mail's recniest for the immediate resumption of work.
