ANGLO-AMERICAN TALKS
LONDON, November 25
Lord Keynes and his fellow members of the British financial delegation in Washington have cancelled all engagements for today so that they may deal urgently with the British Government's reply to the American proposals.
The coding staff at the Embassy is also standing by as the reply is expected at any moment.
