FREE TRADE OPERATING
Rec. 10 a.m. BRUSSELS, Nov. 23. The Belgian Minister for Economic Affairs, Mr. de Smaele, said that free trade between Britain and Belgium was producing encouraging results. Negotiations were under way for a similar agreement with the Dominions. Free trade extended to all merchandise except food, coal, and hides.
