FINANCIAL TALKS
AREA OF AGREEMENT
STATEMENT BY MR. BYRNES
LONDON, November 14.
Making a statement about the AngloAmerican financial talks, the Secretary of State, Mr. James Byrnes, said at a Press conference that agreement had been reached on two of the four or five points on which there had been different views.
The talks continue to make progress. ■
