TROOPS ON GREAT HUNT

Rec. 11 a.m. BERLIN, October 28. British troops are on the move in an organised hunt for wild deer and boar over 100 square miles surrounding the Ruhr area. It is a huge game drive to create a reserve of meat for civilian consumption during the winter. . The troops are using small arms. The game is being shot at large, or driven into corrals for slaughter. All civilians have been cleared from the hunting 1 area. Medical personnel are accompanying the troops in the same way as if they were going1 into action.
