BULGARIA'S CORRECTNESS
SOFIA, October 27,
The Foreign Minister, Professor Stainov, broadcasting on the anniversary of the Bulgarian armistice, claimed that Bulgaria had loyally fulfilled the peace terms. "Of all Germany's satellite States with which an armistice was concluded, only Bulgaria' has a really popular Government which can merit the confidence of the great Victorious Powers."
