RUSSIAN RECONVERSION

Rec. 1 p.m. LONDON, October 28. Russia is reconverting her industry to peace with the same speed as it was turned over to wax, but provision is-still .being made to maintain the Bed Army at a high level of power, says the Associated Press correspondent in Moscow, quoting the "Moscow News."
