BACK TO PEACE
RUSSIAN RECONVERSION
Rec. 1 p.m. LONDON, October 28. Russia is reconverting her industry to peace with the same speed as it was turned over to wax, but provision is-still .being made to maintain the Bed Army at a high level of power, says the Associated Press correspondent in Moscow, quoting the "Moscow News."
The Russians claim that they have no • unemployment and no . factories closing down. The paper adds that it goes without saying that as long as armies exist, the war industry will continue., One may rest assured that Russian industry -Will be. able to maintain the Red Army at the level demanded by the country's security, but curtailment of war production is nevertheless an accomplished fact.
