NEW HEALTH STAMPS
i'irst-day sales of the new Health stamps last Monday smashed all records at chief post offices. The total sales for the day at the- 22 largest offices amounted to £20,957, compared ■with £13,283 last year and £13,822 in 1943. At the G.P.0., Wellington, the sales were well in excess of those of any previous year. .Orders were received from many parts of. the •world. .-''-.
