SEIZURE OF TURKEY
ABANDONED GERMAN PLOT
ISTANBUL, September 29. The newspapers publish details of a sensational German plot in which yon Papen, the German Ambassador to Turkey, was implicated, to occupy Turkey. The plan was .abandoned following the German reverse at Stalingrad.
The newspapers demand the arrest of persons in Turkey connected with the plot. ;
