TEST OF REGULATION
Rec. 9 a.m. MELBOURNE, Sept. 12. A writ has been issued out of the High Court challenging the validity of the amended National Security Regulation providing that women employed in "vital" industries should- receive a minimum of 75 per cent, of the minimum male rate. Certain manufacturers have issued the writ against the Commonwealth and the Minister of Labour and [National Service, Mr. Holloway.
