Washington.—A Congressional investigation of Pearl Harbour was assured when the House of Representatives passed the resolution previously approved by Senate concerning the matter. At Guam, 1 Admiral Nimitz announced that he was moving his headquarters back to Pearl Harbour in the near ' future*
