Patrick James Houlihan, labourer, iq who appeared in the Magistrates Court on August 15 charged with being idle and disorderly, was then convicted by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., and ordered to come up for sentence within six months if called upon. Yesterday he appeared for sentence. Detective-Ser-geant E. H.
