RULE OF AUSTRIA

LONDON, September 10
The four Allied commanders in Austria will meet in Vienna for the first time. tomorrow as the Allied Control Council for Austria. A correspondent says the first point for discussion will be the' serious food situation and the adoption of a .unified policy towards Austria.
A direct air service between London and Vienna will start tomorrow, and the first British plane will land on an R.A.F. airfield on the outskirts of the Austrian capital.
