Nineteenth Birthday of League.
The Island Bay-Berhampore branch of the League of Mothers held its nineteenth birthday party recently. Mrs. Knox Gilmer was the guest speaker, and gave an interesting ad dress on "Work on Civic Committees." Elocutionary items were given by Mesdames Porter and Gardham. and part songs by the choir. The birthday cake was cut by the vice-presi-dents.
