RAILWAY APPRENTICES
A correspondent in a letter published in yesterday's "Post" asked whether it would be possible for the Government to acquire for the accommodation of railway apprentices one, or perhaps two, of the hostels provided at Woburn for girl war workers as they are vacated. When the letter was brought to the notice of the Minister of Railways (Mr. Semple) today he said that the suggestion was one meriting consideration.
