TROUBLE OVER TROOPS

TEHERAN, Sept. 7.
The Iran Foreign Minister, Sepah Bodi, announced to Parliament that the Government had instructed its London and Moscow Ambassadors to take up with the British and Russian Governments the fact that Allied troops remain in Iran territory, and to request an explanation why the Iran Government was not permitted to move troops and security forces as desired.
