MAN-POWER BREACHES
Two women, neither of whom appeared, were charged in the Magistrate's Court yesterday before Mn W. F Stilwell, S.M., on charges alleging breaches of the Man-power Regular tions. Dorothy Emily Bruce, factory assistant, 30, was fined £2 10s for failing to comply with an order to work at the Victoria Laundry and £1 for failing to notify the Man-power Officer of a change of address. Joan Mabel Franich, waitress, 24, was fined £3 for failing to comply with a direction to ■ work at the Railway Refreshment Rooms. ■
