SYDNEY, September 5. "White collar volunteers who are keeping the Bunnerong power station working have threatened to join the employees of the plant who are on strfke. . With breakdowns among some of the units at Bunnerong already, Sydney faces a complete electrical blackout, or heavy rationing. Electricity supplies failed completely this afternoon in nine Sydney suburbs. j The volunteers have issued an ultimatum that unless power is restricted to essential users today, they will stop work. ' •■'. • " . They' said they objected to working up to '25 hours at a stretch to keep all users supplied, as they; considered this was making use of them as -strikebreakers.
