ROTARY CLUB OFFICERS
Officers of the Wellington Rotary Club have been elected for 1945-46 as follows: —President, Mr. V. M. Edgar; vice-president, Mr. C. H. Weston, K.C.; sergeant-at-arms, Mr. F. H. Drewitt; hon. treasurer, Mr. W. H. Earnshaw; hon. secretary, Mr. W. H. Preston; executive secretary, Miss F. M. Low; directors, Messrs. D. Bowie, J. W. Penman, I. Matheson, W. S. McLean, R. O'Shea, and W. P. Walker. The annual report for the year ended May 31 last shows a total membership of 131. The club distributed among its activities the sum of £561. A special YE Day collection of £109 11s was made up to £100 sterling from the activities fund and remitted to the London Rotary Club to be devoted to the assistance of children from horr"-~ which hud suffered bomb damarrr.
