COST TO GREECE
ENEMY OCCUPATION
Rec 11 a.m. ATHENS, August 29. The Ministry of Public Works estimates' that enemy occupation cost Greece £70,000,000 sterling at pre-war rates of exchange. The Germans are estimated to nave caused damage totalling £41,000.000, the Italians £17,000,000, and the Bulgarians £11,000,000.
