RUGBY, July 23
German waitresses—destined later to wear a "naval" uniform with bellbottomed trousers and sailor caps bearing the Naafi inscription—will begin duty in Berlin tomorrow, when they will serve beer, tea, and cakes to Bri-* tish troops aboard a pleasure steamer on the Havel See, one of Berlin's lakes, says a correspondent.
