N.Z. TROOPS MAY VISIT EIRE
Rec. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, July 24. At the request of the New Zealand Government, the Government of Eire has granted permission for members of the New Zealand forces in uniform to visit relatives in Eire.' paid, officials of the State Department referred inquirers to the declaration by Mr. Stettinius on April 3, when he said: "The only other decisions reached at Yalta which were not made public related to initial membership in the international organisation and territorial trusteeships." The Associated Press quotes a British Foreign Office spokesman in London as denying knowledge of any secret reparations agreement.
