IMPROVING HER POSITION AMONG NATIONS LONDON, June 23. Signor Parri, the, new Prime Minister of Italy, broadcasting for the first time on Rome radio, said: "Italy has again risen in the eyes of the democratic world, particularly the three great liberators, but is still far from holding "the position to which her history and important population lay. claim—an equal footing with the other great nations. We must win the place we deserve with honour, discipline, and hard work."
