TOTAL MOUNTING WELLINGTON DROPS BACK Yesterday's subscriptions to the Victory Loan totalled £622,591, and brought the Dominion total to £17,582,217, leaving £7,417,783 to be obtained before tomorrow . week. After leading consistently, Wellington has had to give way to Southland, which, with 81 per cent, of its quota in hand, went to the front. Wellington has 80 per cent, in hand, and Auckland is next with 76.
