VISIT TO MOSCOW

SAN FRANCISCO, May 31. A Chinese official said that Mr. T. V. Soong plans to go to Moscow after UNCIO to confer with Marshal Stalin. The official pointed out that the principal purpose of the. changes at Chungking was to facilitate Mr. Soong's conversations with the chiefs of other States. . x , *, The Associated Press pointed out that Chinese-Soviet relations have been a weak point in the harmony of .he United Nations. There has been. continuing conflict between the Communists and the Chungking Government inside China. The Soviet Government is reported to have told the United States Government that it does not support the Chinese Communists, but the Soviet official Press has protested frequently against the lack of democracy under President Chiang Kai-shek.
