GERMAN SELF-GOVERNMENT
IN THE EAST
LONDON, May 31
The Moscow "Red Star" reports that German civilian self-government has been established in all Russianoccupied cities on Marshal Koniev's front, which extends from Rosslau to the Czech frontier south of Dresden.
The paper also reports a speech by Dr. Boieslaw Drobner, described as president of Breslau city, on behalf of the Polish Provisional Government. Reuters Moscow correspondent says that this is the first indication that a Polish administration has been established in Breslau.
