COLLABORATION IN MUNICH

LONDON, May 20. Apparently preferring to work with pre-Nazi Catholic monarchist politicians, the Allied authorities in Munich have banned all Nazi organisations, including the "Bavarian Freedom of Action," which fought SS forces before the Americans entered the city, says Reuters continental observer. The Allied military governor, evidently acting on the advice of Cardinal yon Faulhaber, has restored the former Mayor of Munich, Karl Schar'nagl, who is a Bavarian Catholic, and has appointed the monarchist Hans yon Seisser as police chief.
