NEWS DISRUPTION
The German Services Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, April 23. The British United Press listening- post reports that the German news services were non-existent this morning. The German news stations, including the Transocean, were siJent. This means that the German newspapers were unable to obtain the usual news for their noon editions.
