LETTERS FOR YUGOSLAVIA
The Acting Postmaster-General (Mr. Jones) stated yesterday that letters up to a maximum weight of 2oz each may now be accepted for Yugoslavia. Business and financial letters must be confined to communications ascertaining facts and exchanging information. ■
