TELEGRAMS FOR BELGIUM
The Chief Postmaster advises that telegraphic communication is- now restored with Belgium and telegrams will now be accepted for that country at the rates shown in the post office guide. Messages may be in any of the authorised languages, English. French, Portuguese, and Spanish, and any of the authorised public codes may be used except the acme supplement.
