MR. FRASER IN MONTREAL

. MONTREAL, April 21. Prime Minister of New Zealand (Mr. Fraser) arrived at Montreal by air from London with the staff of the New Zealand delegation to the San Francisco Conference. Mr. Fraser was met by the High Commissioner (Mr. Wilson) and Group Captain T. W, White, New Zealand air liaison offlcer m Canada.
