VICEREGAL. . Government House, Wellington, April 6. This evening her Excellency Lady Newall, accompanied by Miss N. Walton, left Wellington for Christchurch. Mr. Richard Rawston, of Wellington, a member of the New Zealand Institute of Clerks of Works, has been appointed a member of the council of tlie institute. * Mr. Justice Tyndall, President of the Court of Arbitration, spent the Easter holidays in the National Park district. The Court will resume its sittings in Wellington on April 10.
