LONDON, April 6. The scene of the British Commonwealth discussion moved to No. 10 Downing' Street for some hours today, when Mr. Churchill and Mr. Eden took part in the talks. The New Zealand Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser)-later had a further discussion with Mr. Eden. He has also talked with Major-General Patrick J. Hurley, United States Ambassador to China, who is visiting London.
