Rec. 11 a.m. RUGBY, March 14. The Deputy Director-General of UNRRA announced that the UNRRA mission in Cairo -is to be disbanded this week, states a Cairo message. The mission will be succeeded by a smaller organisation known •as the UNRR.A Middle East Office, which will carry on the administration of refugee camps and the repatriation of refugees. Sir William Matthews, chief of the UNRRA Balkans Mission, is returning to the British Treasury at the request of the Government after undertaking a special mission to Irak and Iran.— 8.0.W-
