Flight Lieutenant Allan B. Stead. Mrs. J. I. Stead, 10 Bay View Road, Dunedin (m.).
Flying Officer William A. Hart. Mr. A. Hart, 102 Ranui Terrace, Khandallah, Wellington (£).
