This declaration appears in a statement issued by the Roman Catholic Archbishops and Bishops of Scotland condemning the Yalta decisions on Poland. "The decisions are a blow between the eyes to tlie people of an Empire which voluntarily went to war to honour a pledge with Poland against aggression. We believe.it our solemn duty to warn his Majesty's Cabinet against what appears to be participation in the murder of a nation."
