DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR
Traffic was almost blocked in Manners Street last night as a result of an argument that developed between two seamen, said Sub-Inspector Me- . In tyre in the Magistrate's Court today. A constable who came on the scene endeavoured to persuade the seamen to go back to their ship, but they refused, so he arrested them. Today the two men, William Lawrence Eades, 19, and Donald Frank Patterson, 21, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly behaviour while drunk, and were fined £1 each by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M.
