NEW JUDGE SWORN IN
His Honour Mr. Justice Cornish wa sworn in at Wellington yesterday fri the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) as a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand. Mr. Justice Smith, who is presiding over the quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court at Palmerston North, will be relieved there by Mr. Justice Cornish, and will take up his duties as chairman of the Licensing Commission. Mr. Justice Cornish will be a member pf the Second Division ?» f r & c 9°™s of APPeal, which sits in Wellington in March,
