Cabled advice has been received in New Zealand that the share transfer books of G. J. Coles and Co., Ltd., will be closed between January 20 and January 22 in connection with, the payment of the dividend on ordinary shares, payable' on February 14. (Ex dividend, January 21, 1945.)
