WAR CRIMES COMMISSION

Lord Finlay has accepted, an invitation by the Foreign Secretary to be the United Kingdom representative on the United Nations War Crimes Commission, in succession to Sir Cecil Hurst, who recently resigned for reasons of ill health. Lord Finlay has been a Judge since 1.924 and Lord Justice of Appeal since 1939.
